I designed and mocked up a fictional quarterly travel magazine centered around the masthead Bubble. After being assigned the word “Bubble,” I developed the visual identity of the magazine and selected a feature story from a curated list to guide the overall concept and layout.
One of my favorite parts of this project was researching Taxco, a city in south-central Mexico, which became the inspiration for the story and all accompanying imagery. The project allowed me to explore editorial layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual storytelling while creating a cohesive and immersive reading experience.
